Robert E Barry was admitted to practice
in 2001 after working for the in house counsel for a major insurance
company. Since admission to practice, Rob has devoted his practice
to representing plaintiffs. He has concluded literally thousands
of civil matters to successful resolution and is not afraid to
take on the big insurance companies in arbitration, mediation,
trial or appeal. Rob is a seasoned attorney with experience ranging
from the smallest civil issues to multimillion dollar cases and
class actions. He has spoken in dozens of different fora and lectured
in a number of different areas. He has been quoted in the AZ Business
Gazette and various local news stations.
Rob is originally from Rhode Island and
has resided in Arizona since 1991. He obtained his Bachelor of
Science from Arizona State University and his Juris Doctor from
Whittier Law School. Rob attended law school on a Dean's Merit
scholarship where he was a member of the Law Review and served
as the Student Bar Association President. He received the American
Jurisprudence award and was on the Dean's List Honor Roll. Rob
is an active member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.
